being the GM of energy brokering company and Vice President of Marketing
and Strategy for one of the fastest growing facility management
firms in the US. Tony always brings his unique ability of clarifying

Janet Collins,
Managing Partner Janet is an accomplished sales and marketing executive, with over 20 years experience including senior leadership positions at venture funded start-ups (Synchrony Communications Inc.), large growing companies (Relizon, LexisNexis and NCR) and advising a variety of clients as an independent consultant. As Vice President Marketing at LexisNexis, Janet led a team of 90+ marketing personnel, managed a $24 million budget and was responsible for sales in excess of $350 million. Click here to learn more.

Tony Collins—Managing Partner
Tony has over 21 years experience in developing
successful market strategies, growing new and existing products and
markets and executing business partnerships. Most recently, Tony was
Vice President of Marketing and Strategy for Cadence Network, Inc.—a
venture-backed, web-based cost management service company. In this capacity,
he was a key architect in Cadence’s explosive growth and was responsible
for structuring the business relationships and the underlying marketing
strategy that was instrumental in attracting such marquee clients as
The Limited, Footlocker, Blockbuster Video, AT&T Wireless, Qwest
Communications and Key Bank.
Prior to Cadence, Tony was a member of the start-up
team that developed Web-based performance improvement networks for large
Fortune 500 enterprises. He also worked with The Dayton Power and Light
Company where he led the start-up and was the General Manager of a key
service subsidiary, directed the national marketing of a technology
product company, and directed the electric and gas marketing programs
for commercial and industrial customers.
At TurningPoint Marketing, Tony specializes in business
development strategies, growth strategy development and execution and
strategic marketing. Tony has consistently been called a strategic thinker
that improves corporate performance by focusing management attention
on a few well-articulated set of business development and marketing
opportunities.
Tony received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing
from Wright State University, and an MBA from the University of Dayton.
Janet Collins—Managing Partner
As VP Marketing at Relizon, Janet was responsible for bringing a market-driven approach and helping to turn around and reinvent an organization in decline. Janet is well versed in B2B technology, information and service industries.
As a consultant, Janet focuses on small to mid-size corporations to help them leverage and extend their existing resources to generate awareness and revenue through better articulated strategies, high-impact value propositions and well-executed tactical implementations. She has a unique ability to uncover deep-seated customer motivations and issues through expert focus group facilitation and one-on-one interviewing skills. She is then able to develop strategies and champion their execution in order to receive measurable results.
Janet received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business (Cum Laude) from Miami University and completed graduate and executive education coursework at the University of Dayton and the Wharton School.
